About Me

Hi, I’m Michael Senanu Anku, a Robotics graduate student at Oregon State University with an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Before beginning my master’s journey, I worked as a Power Systems Design Engineer in Ghana’s sole transmission company, GRIDCo, and gained practical experience through various engineering internships focused on industrial automation, IoT, and energy systems.

My work and studies are guided by a deep passion for exploring how robotics and artificial intelligence can be used to build systems that make life better and more efficient.

In the very near future, I aspire to design advanced robotic systems that combine mechanical precision with intelligent control systems capable of learning, adapting, and assisting humans in meaningful ways.

Beyond engineering, I love to play soccer, listen to Christian music, and sing gospel, which help me stay grounded and inspired.
